Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：115° 09′ 北纬：40° 56′ 海拔：1221.4 建筑形式：位于崇礼县红旗营乡下双台村西南1200米的山梁上，山势较低，地势平坦。北侧为山沟，东侧约250米为张家口通往石窑子的公路及季节性河流正沟河。西侧为高山。为黄褐色夯筑而成，夯层厚度15厘米。平面椭圆形，剖面梯形，底部东西27米、南北15米，顶部东西5米、南北4.2米，4.5米。在烽火台西北侧盗洞边上发现有绳纹筒瓦残片（内布纹）、夹砂素面灰陶片、夹砂棱纹灰陶片等。平面呈椭圆形，剖面呈梯形。 材料：夯土 附近遗存：西南距营盘地1号烽火台6000米，东南距下双台2号烽火台57米。
